Yoga

TUESDAY - 1:30PM & FRIDAY - 1:30PM

Come to the centre for yoga and join other people who want to keep moving gently all winter!

Facilitated by:  Lane Ledoux

Sleep a bit later, then join us for Slow & Stretchy Chair Yoga. We begin stretching in our chairs, then do some standing movements including basic yoga poses. Some remain seated and others move to mats for final stretches and resting.

After class, many of us gather for coffee at a local restaurant and socialize.
