Come to the centre for yoga and join other people who want to keep moving gently all year round.
Join us for Slow & Stretchy Chair Yoga. We begin stretching in our chairs, then do some standing movements including basic yoga poses. Some remain seated and others move to mats for final stretches and resting.
After class on Friday many of us gather for coffee, tea and conversation.
